Come meet our pilots, conduct interviews, gather footage and take part in the thrill of hot-air ballooning.

Please provide press credentials within the e-mail (may include note from publication/outlet, published samples, etc.) We also request copies or links to media coverage generated from Media Day events.

Please note that out of fairness to sponsors and pilots sharing their balloons with us, we ask that all media be on assignment for The Great Reno Balloon Race. Both pilots and sponsors will be prepared to answer any questions you may have.

Check in by 6:15 a.m.
Launch begins promptly at 7:15 a.m.
Return to park at approximately 8:45 a.m.
